Excel Consulting Services - Policy

In no event shall Excel Business Solutions be liable for any direct,
indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including
damages for loss of profits, revenue, data or use, incurred by you or
any third party, arising from the use of our services.

The code that is generated by Excel Business Solutions' consultants
shall not be sold to or used by any third party unless it was within
the agreement between the customer and Excel Business Solutions.

Excel Business Solutions does not guarantee the completion of the
project in the time specified. As Excel Business Solutions strives
to provide the best services and deliver the project on time, the
customer acknowledges that there are unexpected events that could
delay delivery.

The preliminary quote is subject to change depending on the
changing requirements of the customer. Should such an event
occur, the customer will be issued a new quote and the agreement
will be amended accordingly.

This Agreement, constitutes the entire agreement of the parties
hereto and supersedes all prior representations, proposals,
discussions, and communications, whether oral or in writing.
